It is not phishing and not a scam. The "PvP Dominator 9000" advertised here is fictional and not for sale. The page asks for one digit of a Social Security Number only as a joke: it accepts any digit, and nothing chosen or entered on this page is sent anywhere, stored, or logged. The page has no forms that submit, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
